What happens if I forget my Username or Password?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click here.

You will be guided through a series of questions which you are required to answer. Once you have correctly answered the questions you will be able to set up a new password of your choice. You have 3 attempts to verify your details before your account is locked. If you have also forgotten your Username, please contact us and our Customer Services Dept will be able to assist you.

How do I change my email address or other details?

To change your registered e-mail address online, please login to your account in the top right corner of the site. In your account, click the 'Details' tab on the top menu. Change your email address in the field below and click "Update" to save. You can also change any of your other details on this screen.

I'm a little nervous entering my card details. Are they safe?

Absolutely. We completely understand any hesitation when it comes to releasing personal information but all the information you enter on our site will be kept secure and in the strictest of confidence. By using the latest in data encryption technology, we can assure all our customers the utmost security. For more info please see our Security Policy.

How do I deposit funds?

To deposit funds, just sign in and click on 'My Account'. Once you are in your account, click on 'Deposit'. You will then be redirected to Card Registration where you will need to enter your card details. Once your card is registered all you have to do is submit the amount you wish to deposit (the minimum deposit is £5).

What is 3-D secure?

This is an initiative introduced by the banks to help increase card security online. When you make a deposit with us, you may be asked to add in your "3D Secure" username and password. Please note that these are different to your Football Pools details and any online banking details you may have. If you haven't registered your card, then you will have to do so before playing with us. Please click on the below links for each card to find out more:


What cards can I use to deposit funds?

We accept deposits by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo cards.

Can I deposit funds without a credit/debit card?

No, we currently do not accept any payment methods other than those listed above.

How do I withdraw my winnings?

It couldn't be easier to get your hands on your winnings! Just sign in and click on the 'My Account' button at the top of your screen. Go to 'Withdraw' and enter how much you would like to take out. The funds will then automatically be sent back to the registered card.

Can I change the payment card registered to my account?

Yes, if your card has expired you may be able to do this automatically online, but first we have to run a few security checks before proceeding. In your account, go to the "Deposit" screen and click on the "Change card" option and answer the required security questions. You should now be able to enter in your new card details.

I'm not receiving any marketing emails

If you have opted to receive marketing emails from us but aren't getting them through, please send an email to email@vernons.co.uk and we will try to resolve the issue on your behalf.
